Next Level Tech was founded in Peoria, Arizona with offices in Phoenix, Arizona. It is our daily mission to be the best IT Company in the valley. Offering business to business Information Technology (IT) services to other small and medium businesses located throughout the country. We work with other business owners and managers to make business operations more efficient and to create competitive advantages for your company.
After watching fellow small business owners struggle with technology issues, the idea for Next Level Tech was born. Too many businesses are encountering daily struggles with their technology and that is taking time away from revenue producing opportunities and causing inefficiencies.

Our simple approach starts with having a professional, friendly representative visit your location. From there we will sit down with you or your team and talk shop. We will work to understand your business and how Information Technology impacts the business. Once we understand that, we can dive in on the specific IT issues you are facing and come up with a plan to ease the pain. We always promise to keep the IT jargon and acronyms to a minimum and explain everything to you at your comfort level.

Meet the Owner
Ken Kropp
Ken attended the University of Nebraska and earned a BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. Ken is an information technology expert with deep experience working with PCs, Linux, and Apple devices in small and medium business settings. Initially, Ken worked as an Electrical Engineer in the manufacturing and engineering sector. Ken also dabbled in IT at this stop and realized he would focus his career away from engineering and fully into IT.
From there, Ken moved on to a software development company working in the mortgage industry. With the impending housing crisis of 2008, Ken knew he needed to get out of the mortgage sector. Ken’s next stop was in the healthcare retirement community sector. He took over the IT operations at Royal Oaks Lifecare Community in Sun City, Arizona. Ken worked there for 8 years with his biggest project being building a wholly owned and managed data center on site.
Ken’s last stop was in the food and retail sector. Ken worked at Sprouts Farmers Market for over 6 years managing a team of engineers responsible for the day to day IT operations at Sprouts.
